1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SAT Chamber website and course (the “Service”), operated by SAT Chamber (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SAT Chamber provides self-paced, text-based SAT preparation materials, including lessons, practice questions, and practice tests, accessible after a one-time payment. A limited number of preview lessons are available free of charge.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or legal guardian’s permission to make a purchase and to use the Service.

4. Payment and Access

Full course access requires a one-time payment processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details — see our Privacy Policy for details. Access is not a subscription and does not automatically renew or recur.

Refunds. We offer a refund if requested within 7 days of purchase. To request one, contact us using the information in Section 11. Refunds may be declined in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., completing the majority of the course before requesting a refund).

5. Intellectual Property

All lesson content, practice questions, explanations, and course materials are owned by SAT Chamber and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal SAT preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post course materials without our prior written permission.

SAT Chamber is an independent SAT preparation resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board or Khan Academy. “SAT” is a trademark of the College Board, which is not involved in the production of, and does not endorse, this Service. Links to official College Board and Khan Academy resources are provided on our Resources page for your convenience.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your access with others or attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
• Scrape, copy, or republish course content
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

7. No Guarantee of Results

SAT Chamber is a study aid. We do not guarantee any specific SAT score, score improvement, or admissions outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your individual effort, baseline skill level, and test-day circumstances.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAT Chamber will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.
